Par Matthew Debord. 2017
In January, 2015 at the Detroit Auto Show, Ford unveiled a new car and the automotive world lost its collective…
mind. This wasn't some new Explorer or Focus. Onto the stage rolled a supercar, a carbon-fiber GT powered by a mid-mounted six cylinder Ecoboost engine that churned out over 600 horsepower. It was a callback to the legendary Ford GT40 Mk IIs that stuck it to Ferrari and finished 1-2-3 at Le Mans in 1966. DeBord revisits the story of the 1960s, details the creation of the new GT, and follows the team through the racing season, from an inauspicious debut at Daytona where the cars kept breaking down, to glimmers of hope at Sebring, and the team's first victory at Laguna Seca in Monterey. Finally, DeBord joins the Ford team in Le Mans in June, 2016. This fabled 24-hour endurance race is designed to break cars and drivers, and it was at Le Mans, fifty years after the company's greatest triumph, that Ford's comeback was put to the ultimate test. 2017.Rethinking school: how to take charge of your child's education

the system, not with the child. She knows that the K-12 system, with its rigid rules of advancement and endless testing, doesn't work for all children. She shows parents how to take control of grade placement, pace, style of instruction, disability diagnosis, gifted services, and many other aspects of our school system that seem inflexible, in order to shape them to the child's needs - not the other way around. 2018.Rethinking reputation: how PR trumps marketing and advertising in the new media world (Your coach in a box)

Par Kay S Hymowitz. 2017
Children seem to be growing up more quickly than ever before. Almost daily we hear astonishing examples of young people…
flying airplanes, running companies, or committing adult crimes. In this shrewd and compelling book, scholar and journalist Kay S. Hymowitz offers a startling explanation for today's sophisticated youngsters. For generations, unique American ideas of childrearing have created adults who both think independently and feel accountable to others. But the way we raise our children has been changing. During the 20th-century, experts began telling us youngsters have little need for instruction or supervision--in fact, children really are small adults who already know what is best for themselves. Senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute and an affiliate scholar at the Institute for American Values, Kay S. Hymowitz reveals why so many of our children continue to act childishly when they grow up. 2017.Real influence: persuade without pushing and gain without giving in (Your coach in a box)

Le « made in China » envahit notre vie.
Sommes-nous certains que la mondialisation sera heureuse ? 2005.Purple cow: transform your business by being remarkable (Your coach in a box)
