Résumé
7-year-old Peg, born and bred on her parents' fishing boat, decides it's time to catch a whale. She signs on to the crew of a whaling ship and does hook an enormous whale, but flies off the boat and gets… swallowed whole! She sets up house in the whale's stomach, and eventually steers the whale home - where she begins making plans for her next adventure. ALA Booklist Editor's Choice for 2000. Grades K-3. 2000.
