Summary
King Boyan has a secret that only the barbers who cut his hair know. But they aren't telling because the king won't let them leave the palace. Then one day a young apprentice Igor bravely accepts the challenge to cut… the king's hair. He quickly wins the king's confidence and is allowed to return home.
